Superintendent - Commercial Sheet Metal Construction in Atlanta, GA

What You'll Do as a Superintendent

  • Lead field crews and daily jobsite meetings.
  • Coordinate schedules, materials, and manpower.
  • Maintain safety and quality standards.
  • Communicate with PMs, clients, and subcontractors.
  • Keep projects on track and organized.
Qualifications
  • 10 years in a construction supervisory role, preferably in sheet metal or HVAC.
  • Proven crew and schedule management on commercial job sites.
  • Able to read construction drawings, blueprints, and specs.
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of safety rules and compliance.
  • Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Able to pass a background check.
  • Comfortable using digital reporting tools (e.g., Procore, Airtable).
  • Overnight travel may be required.
  • Ability to lead 30-50-man crews.
