Job description

Responsibilities
  • Assist with entering alpha/numeric information into the company database
  • Verify input data to ensure accuracy of completed work; scanning and editing for errors during processing
  • Work as a team member to think conceptually about ways to efficiently collect data and enhance the database to maximize results/outcomes
  • Gather documentation and research various databases
  • Create and distribute reports for various pool, field, and operational activities
  • Continue to identify and correct system issues and develop process improvements

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related area preferred, but not required
  • 2 years experience in transportation or similar role preferred
  • Ability to learn and adapt to in-house software systems
  • Ability to function effectively in a dynamic working environment
  • Ability to identify problems, process resolution and implement timely action or solution
  • Ability to meet deadlines; prioritize workloads and handle multiple tasks.
  • Ability to perform data entry type functions

Special Position Requirements
  • Some evening and weekend work required.
  • No travel required.

Work Environment
  • This position requires long periods sitting behind a desk and heavy data entry.

Hourly pay rate budget: $22.00 plus 5% incentive bonus
Compensation is determined by a variety of factors including candidate qualifications as well as the geographic location of the role and/or candidate.
