Job description

Job Summary (MDG ABAP Developer โ€“ TPM Mexico Project at Mars)
- Design, develop, and customize SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) solutions using ABAP for the TPM Mexico project.
- Create custom data models, UI components (Web Dynpro, Floorplan Manager), and process models within SAP MDG.
- Develop high-quality, optimized ABAP code, including OO-ABAP, BAdIs, User Exits, and BAPIs tailored for MDG.
- Implement and customize SAP Business Workflows and Rule-Based Workflows (BRF+) for master data approval processes.
- Manage data replication frameworks (DRF) and configure IDocs/Web Services for integration with TPM and other SAP/non-SAP systems.
- Collaborate with functional analysts, business stakeholders, and local project teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, seamless integration, and optimized master data workflows to support business operations in the region.
- Leverage expertise in MDG Data Modeling, UI Modeling, and Process Modeling.
- Utilize hands-on experience with BRF+, Web Dynpro ABAP, and Floorplan Manager (FPM).
- Apply strong knowledge of SAP standard master data domains (Customer, Vendor, Material, Financials).
- Preferably have experience in integration projects involving Trade Promotion Management (TPM) or Latin American localization.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and strong collaboration abilities in a global shared-services environment.
- Professional proficiency in English is required; Spanish language skills are a strong asset for the Mexico project.
