As a BDC Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional customer experience. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our guests, helping them with vehicle inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring every interaction reflects the outstanding service Continental Toyota is known for.

What You'll Do

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound phone calls, emails, text messages, and online inquiries.
  • Reach out to prospective customers to schedule appointments with our sales team.
  • Deliver a friendly, knowledgeable, and personalized customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate customer information in our CRM system.
  • Follow up with customers to answer questions, confirm appointments, and strengthen relationships.
  • Work closely with the sales team to help achieve dealership goals.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in automotive sales, customer service, or a Business Development Center (BDC) is preferred.
