Contribute to projects that connect strategic goals with practical business processes and technology, helping to deliver exceptional value to customers, the company, and partners. This dynamic environment requires a blend of technical skills, analytical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration to support Toyota's mission of becoming the most admired and trusted supply chain in the world.

What you'll be doing
  • Designing and implementing digital transformation initiatives
  • Developing data-driven solutions to optimize supply and fulfillment operations
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align projects with enterprise strategy
  • Leveraging analytics to identify market and supply opportunities by vehicle series, model, and options
  • Creating proof of concepts and delivering measurable value to stakeholders
  • Supporting operational improvements through modern technology integration
  • Partnering with data science teams to analyze machine learning models to identify patterns and anomalies
  • Collaborating with manufacturing and/or sales teams within the region for product rollout and adoption

What you bring:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Preferred 3.0 and above GPA
  • Must have completed at least one full academic year at a two- or four-year college or university post-high school (sophomore standing or above)
  • Currently enrolled in a full-time, accredited degree program (this includes both two-year and four-year colleges) studying in a business discipline or related field, such as:
    • Business Analytics
    • Systems Engineering
    • Information Systems
    • Information Technology
    • Management Information Systems
    • Computer Science
    • Software Engineering
