Who we're looking for


Toyota's eCommerce Sales Department is looking for a self-starting and highly-
motivated eCommerce Program Senior Analyst.
The primary responsibility of this role is to increase Toyota dealer participation in our ecommerce program and assist program enrolled dealers with growing their ecommerce sales of Toyota OE parts and accessories.

This individual will work closely with our Toyota Sales Regions, Private Distributors, OneTech, Digital Innovations, Marketing Analytics and both internal and external marketing teams and agencies.
What you'll be doing


This role is a guiding force in growing Toyota parts and accessory e-commerce
sales for the appropriate Toyota share of the billion-dollar parts and accessory
online market
Responsible for the management of Regional, PD and Dealer relationships, as it
pertains to new dealer onboarding and overall growth of Toyota Parts Center
Online (TPCO) e-commerce program
Serve as lead for creating and delivering all necessary Regional/Dealer training
and communications to support field awareness and sales growth
Collaborating with Digital Innovation Product Owners to develop and rollout
strategies for program and site enhancements, along with A/B testing
Own business relationships with applicable business partners and vendors to
maintain desired support levels
Develop and execute online promotions at the national, regional, and dealer
levels
Co-manage Tier 3 SEM program

What you bring

BS/BA in Business, Marketing, eCommerce or related field or equivalent work-related experience

Experience in and knowledge of agile work framework
2+ years of eCommerce or Digital Retailing experience

Proficient in MS Office Suite Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Prior experience showing strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively
Prior experience understanding business drivers and developing goals and strategies accordingly
Prior experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to clearly communicate and present strategy and operations to all levels of the organization and external stakeholders
Availability to travel up to 20% of the time (including overnight travel)
Added bonus if you have

Experience in Fixed Operations, specifically in parts and accessories sales
Toyota regional field experience
