Who We're Looking For

Toyota Motors North America Finance department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Sr. Financial Analyst.

The primarily responsibility of this role is to provide financial guidance and decision support to the Supply Chain Management (SCM) division, inclusive of Toyota Logistics Services (TLS), Demand & Supply Management (DSM), and Project Planning & Management (PPM).

Reporting to the SCM Finance Manager, the Senior Financial Analyst will be accountable for supporting the division with forecast development, cost estimates, monthly variance reporting, business cases, and other finance-related needs.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead annual vehicle logistics cost review to guide pricing decisions, calculate intercompany billing rates and explain variances

  • Support the evaluation and analysis of supply chain transformation projects, providing data-driven insights that inform decision-making, identify opportunities for improvement, and help drive profitable business outcomes

  • Collaborate with supply chain division(s) on business case development, providing guidance to ensure financials are accurate and success is measurable.

  • Partner with budget owners to develop a quarterly budget/ forecast, including analysis of revenue, labor, cost of sales, fixed costs, and capital investments

  • Collaborate with budget owners to understand monthly results and prepare analysis to support the financial close

  • Prepare presentations to inform leadership on latest full-year budget/forecast, monthly performance tracking, and communicate potential risks and opportunities

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field, or related work experience

  • 2+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting and/or related discipline

  • Excellent analytic, interpersonal, and organizational skills

  • Strong PC proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn and effectively apply data manipulation tools to analyze large datasets

  • Ability to develop presentations and reports to effectively communicate financial information

Bonus If You Have (preferred qualifications)

  • MBA, CPA, or CMA

  • Experience with SAP and BPC Planning Software

  • Knowledgeable in Power BI development.

  • Knowledgeable in Alteryx.
