Position Overview

We are seeking an Automotive Internet Sales Consultant to handle online customer inquiries and assist clients in their search for a new vehicle. This is both a customer-facing and digital communication role designed for someone who enjoys engaging with people, learning new skills, and being part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

No prior automotive experience is necessary — we’ll provide comprehensive training to help you succeed. Previous sales experience in another industry is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all internet and phone inquiries regarding new and pre-owned vehicles.

  • Build rapport with potential customers through clear, friendly, and informative communication.

  • Schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership and meet with sales consultants.

  • Assist walk-in customers with vehicle information, availability, and test drives as needed.

  • Maintain an organized follow-up process using CRM tools to track customer interactions and progress.

  • Work collaboratively with the sales and management team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable buying experience.

  • Maintain product knowledge on all Ford and Toyota models, current incentives, and dealership promotions.
