Toyota Service Technician – Dover, DE

What You’ll Do
  • Diagnose and repair vehicle issues using advanced diagnostic tools and system testing
  • Perform high-quality repairs efficiently and accurately
  • Ensure all work meets Toyota and dealership standards
  • Communicate findings clearly with service advisors and management
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
  • Road-test vehicles to ensure repair quality
  • Collaborate with technicians, advisors, and parts team
  • Participate in ongoing technical training
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong diagnostic and repair skills
  • ASE certification preferred (not required)
  • Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work with shop equipment
  • Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background, driving record, drug screen, and physical
