The Team: The Server is a part of the American Girl Nashville bistro team, located inside the retail store.
Pay $12hr plus Tips
Must Be 18yrs old*
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Job Description
The Opportunity: The American Girl Nashville retail store and bistro is looking for a dynamic individual as a Server to deliver food and beverages and provide an outstanding dining and party experience to our Bistro guests. If you thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while remaining positive and upbeat, have exceptional communication skills, and can handle customer issues and requests graciously and on a timely basis, we want to hear from you.
• Bus and set tables.
• Assist with table service, including delivering beverages and food.
• Stock work stations.
• Deliver excellent customer service; graciously handle customer issues and the timely execution of requests.
• Perform diverse physical tasks as assigned
Qualifications
• ServSafe certification, preferred.
• 1 to 2 years of runner, busser, or server experience in a high volume, fine-casual dining or related restaurant, preferred.
• Experience working with children, preferred.
• Impeccable customer service skills.
• Physically demanding position; strength, mobility and dexterity needed. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
