Position Summary

The Vice President of North American Marketing will lead all North American marketing functions and be responsible for the overall go-to-market strategy across the Goliath portfolio. This role will oversee integrated marketing efforts across Toys, Games, Compounds, and future growth categories while partnering closely with Sales and the Global Brand Marketing organization.
This leader will work side-by-side with the Head of Global Brand Marketing to ensure strong alignment between global brand strategy and North American execution. While Brand Marketing is responsible for the product and global brand vision, this role is responsible for bringing those products and brands to market successfully across North America through best-in-class marketing execution.

Go-To-Market Strategy

• Lead North American go-to-market strategy across all brands and categories

• Develop integrated launch plans for new products and key brand initiatives

• Translate global brand vision into impactful North American marketing campaigns and execution

• Drive consumer demand, retail excitement, and sell-through performance

• Partner closely with Brand Marketing to ensure alignment between product strategy and North American market needs

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Insights, and Commercial teams to maximize market impact

Advertising & Media

• Own all North American advertising strategy and execution

• Oversee linear TV, digital advertising, social advertising, retail media, influencer marketing, and performance marketing

• Manage media agencies, creative partners, and marketing budgets

• Track campaign performance, ROI, and optimization opportunities

Public Relations & Communications

• Lead all North American PR strategy and execution

• Manage product launches, media outreach, and corporate communications

• Build relationships with media, influencers, licensors, and industry partners

• Support executive visibility and thought leadership opportunities

• Oversee crisis communication planning when needed

Social Media & Community Management

• Lead all social media strategy and execution across brands

• Oversee content planning, publishing, engagement, and community management

• Build influencer and creator partnerships

• Ensure brands remain culturally relevant and socially engaging

• Monitor trends, emerging platforms, and consumer behaviors

Trade Shows & Events

• Lead all North American trade shows, customer events, and showroom experiences

• Participate in key customer presentations and line reviews

• Present marketing strategies, launch plans, and consumer insights to internal and external stakeholders

• Oversee planning and execution for Toy Fair, customer previews, and industry activations

• Partner with Sales and Brand Marketing teams to create impactful customer presentations and experiences

Requirements

• 12+ years of marketing leadership experience

• Experience within toys, games, entertainment, or consumer products preferred
