Description
This role is a vital business driver for the company. The Sr. Brand Manager acts as the brand champion and ultimate authority for their select brand(s) and works their cross-functional teams to achieve successful results. The Brand Manager is responsible for driving the overall brand vision, overseeing the development and execution of strategic plans for their brand(s) while meeting or exceeding financial and corporate objectives.
Responsibilities:
  • Communication lead on your brand(s) - ensuring all teams and key stakeholders are informed of the brand's vision, positioning, product strategy, etc.
  • Drive day-to-day line development for assigned brand(s) and manage to key development milestones and financial objectives
  • Analyze and evaluate sales data, understand the competition and current industry trends to aid in product line architecture and development
  • Conducts competitive and consumer analysis, understanding and applying toy trends and play patterns.
  • Understand and identify retailer-specific channel strategies to create diverse product lines that satisfy the evolving needs of all global markets and retail channels
  • Lead a cross-functional team to ensure best in class products with brand integrity, maintaining consistency in product, packaging, sales, and marketing communication
  • Lead point of communication with licensors and work with them during brand planning and product development process.

  • Proficient in Google Suite + MS Office Suite (basic Adobe Creative Suite knowledge a PLUS)
  • Sr. Manager 6+ years of relevant marketing, brand, or product management experience specifically in the Toy Industry
