Join the GRS Community Management team and make an impact every day! The ideal candidate will be hands-on problem solver who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly. GRS is looking for a reliable skilled onsite Maintenance Representative to become a key part of the community association team! As a Maintenance representative your skills will significantly contribute to the upkeep of the onsite facilities while ensuring a safe and welcoming environment
This position is Monday through Friday (40 hour week) and on call Saturday and Sunday.
rate is $21 and up based on experience
Responsibilities:
Completing maintenance projects on time while focusing and adherence to safety protocols
Perform day-to-day upkeep of community facilities and common areas
Handling drywall repairs, irrigation repairs, filter changes, and light bulb replacements
Cleaning drains and performing light painting when needed
Troubleshooting maintenance issues efficiently and effectively
Conducting routine inspections to identify potential problems
Coordinating with licensed vendors when specialized repairs are required
Following a maintenance schedule and prioritizing daily tasks
Position primarily involves maintenance of the community's common areas and exterior grounds
Skills:
Ability to read and understand schematics for various systems
Strong Knowledge of facilities maintenance best practices
Excellent Customer Service skills to interact professionally with onsite staff and residents
