Job description

Minimum Qualifications:

High school or equivalent. No experience is required. Valid Texas class C driver's license.

Job Description:
To provide assistance in guiding vehicular traffic and enforcing parking and driving regulations.

Job Duties:

Primarily maintains the appearance of the surface lots and garages working as a team member.              

  • Maintains the appearance of the parking facilities by picking up trash, cleaning, and monitoring
  • Patrol parking lots for unauthorized vehicles.
  • Observes traffic and parking violations and issues campus citations for infractions.
  • Assists staff, employees, and visitors by giving directions and parking information.
  • Submits daily activity reports.
  • Adheres to internal controls established for the department.
  • Performs related duties as required.

Equipment:

Equipment used for cleaning and maintaining parking facilities, parking ticket equipment, and state vehicles.

Working Environment:

 Possible exposure to adverse weather conditions.

Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 7am to 4pm and as needed on occasion.

Salary Range:

Actual salary based on experience.
