Salary: $55,000

SAW, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and organized Operations Coordinator to oversee production operations, facility and fleet management, safety compliance, and vocational programming at our Galaxy Center. This position plays a critical role in supporting adults with developmental disabilities while ensuring the efficient operation of our production and vocational habilitation programs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate production and vocational habilitation activities.
  • Manage facility, grounds, equipment, and vehicle fleet maintenance.
  • Oversee safety programs, emergency preparedness, and regulatory compliance.
  • Supervise the P.M. Maintenance DSP.
  • Coordinate staff and individual equipment training.
  • Monitor inventories, maintenance schedules, and operational records.
  • Provide operational support, including staff coverage, transportation assistance, and emergency response as needed.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Four years of experience in an adult activity center or developmental disabilities setting (college coursework may substitute for experience).
  • One year of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Valid Ohio driver's license with an excellent driving record.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required certifications, including CPR/First Aid, DODD, and Tow Motor Operator Certification.
  • Ability to push/pull/lift 50 pounds.
