Tow Motor Operator or CNC Machine Operator - Day Shift
📍 Seville, OH
💲 $17 per hour - starting pay (based on experience)
A local manufacturing/foundry facility in Seville, Ohio is hiring CNC Machine Operators and Tow Motor (Forklift) Operators to join their day‑shift team. These are full‑time, long‑term opportunities in a stable industrial environment.
Available Positions
  • CNC Machine Operator (multiple openings)
  • Tow Motor / Forklift Operator (at least one opening)

Job Responsibilities
CNC Machine Operator duties include:
  • Operating CNC machinery according to instructions
  • Loading and unloading parts
  • Monitoring machine performance and quality
  • Performing basic inspections and measurements
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work area
  • Following all safety and PPE requirements

Tow Motor Operator duties include:
  • Operating a tow motor/forklift to move materials
  • Loading and unloading pallets and materials
  • Transporting raw materials and finished product throughout the facility
  • Performing basic equipment checks
  • Maintaining organization and safety on the production floor

Duties may be rotated based on production needs-you will not be doing everything at once.
Requirements
  • Previous CNC or forklift experience preferred (role‑dependent)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs at times
  • Comfortable working in a hot, industrial environment
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Steel‑toe boots required

Schedule
  • Day Shift: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM or 3:30 PM, depending on workload
