JAG is seeking a strategic, highly collaborative, and hands-on Florida Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts across our restaurant portfolio throughout the state, from Orlando to Miami. This role will serve as the dedicated marketing lead for Florida, partnering closely with Operations, Events, PR, agency partners, hotel partners, and community stakeholders to drive guest engagement, restaurant traffic, event awareness, and brand visibility across multiple concepts and dining experiences.


Position Summary

Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, the Florida Marketing Manager will oversee regional marketing strategy and local execution for Jose Andres Group's restaurants and experiences across Florida. This role is responsible for driving business performance through integrated marketing campaigns, market-specific partnerships, community engagement, event support, and a strong in-market brand presence across Orlando, Miami, and the communities in between.


The ideal candidate is equally comfortable developing strategy, managing stakeholders and agency partners, and executing marketing initiatives that generate measurable results. They understand Florida's diverse hospitality and tourism landscape and can tailor marketing strategies to the distinct audiences, seasons, and business drivers of Central and South Florida. They also have experience building relationships across media, tourism, cultural, corporate, hotel, and community organizations.


Local Marketing & Community Engagement

  • Serve as the dedicated regional marketing lead for Jose Andres Group's Florida portfolio, partnering closely with restaurant leadership, hotel partners, and corporate stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and regional media, influencers, concierge teams, hotel partners, destination marketing organizations, tourism bureaus, cultural institutions, nonprofit organizations, corporate partners, and key community stakeholders.
  • Identify and execute localized marketing opportunities, strategic partnerships, and community engagement initiatives that increase brand awareness and guest traffic.
  • Maintain a strong pulse on the dining, hospitality, tourism, entertainment, and cultural landscapes across Orlando, Miami, and surrounding Florida markets to identify opportunities for growth and visibility.
  • Regularly spend time in each restaurant and market to understand guest demographics, seasonal demand, operational priorities, and opportunities to increase covers and guest engagement.
  • Support localized outreach and community partnerships across Florida's diverse tourism, residential, business, and dining districts.

Events, Partnerships & Revenue Support

  • Partner closely with Operations and Events teams to support private dining, catering, group sales, and restaurant programming initiatives.
  • Develop market-specific strategies that support revenue growth through private events, corporate dining, celebrations, tourism partnerships, chef collaborations, and special experiences.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to execute tentpole events, cultural programming, charitable partnerships, and community activations.
  • Support media events, influencer experiences, VIP hosting opportunities, and strategic partnership activations.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • 5-7+ years of experience in hospitality, restaurant, lifestyle, luxury, experiential, or hotel marketing.
  • Strong understanding of Florida's hospitality, dining, tourism, entertainment, and cultural landscape, particularly in Orlando and South Florida.
  • Proven success developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, partnerships, events, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Experience managing external agencies and partners across public relations, paid media, content creation, and design.
  • Experience supporting luxury restaurants, hotels, event venues, or hospitality brands preferred.
  • Existing relationships within Florida's media, hospitality, tourism, hotel, corporate, and cultural communities strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional project management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across geographically dispersed locations in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Highly collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented.
  • Comfortable traveling regularly between Florida locations and working evenings and weekends as needed for events and activations.
