Dans ce rôle, vous serez le premier point de contact des résidents et visiteurs durant la nuit. Votre présence rassurante, votre sens du service et votre vigilance contribueront directement à offrir une expérience résidentielle exceptionnelle dans un environnement prestigieux.

Vos responsabilités
  • Accueillir les résidents et visiteurs avec courtoisie et professionnalisme
  • Assurer un service à la clientèle exemplaire en tout temps
  • Effectuer le contrôle des accès et la gestion des entrées/sorties
  • Effectuer des rondes de sécurité dans l’immeuble
  • Surveiller les caméras et systèmes de sécurité

Profil recherché
  • Excellentes aptitudes en service à la clientèle

  • Expérience en sécurité, conciergerie ou service à la clientèle (atout)
  • Permis BSP valide
  • Bilinguisme (français/anglais) requis afin de servir adéquatement l’ensemble des résidents et visiteurs
