GardaWorld est actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) Chef d’équipe – Sécurité pour une importante tour à bureaux située au centre-ville de Montréal. Ce poste est idéal pour un agent de sécurité souhaitant assumer un rôle de leadership dans un environnement professionnel où le service à la clientèle, la présentation et la gestion des opérations sont au cœur des priorités.

Vous serez responsable de coordonner les activités de l’équipe de sécurité pendant les quarts de nuit de fin de semaine, tout en assurant une expérience professionnelle et sécuritaire aux occupants et visiteurs de l’immeuble.

Responsabilités du chef d'équipe 

  • Assurer la coordination des opérations de sécurité pendant le quart de nuit

  • Encadrer et soutenir les agents de sécurité présents sur le site

  • Offrir un service à la clientèle exemplaire aux occupants, visiteurs et partenaires

  • Gérer les demandes et situations particulières avec professionnalisme

  • Effectuer le suivi des accès, des incidents et des interventions

  • Utiliser les systèmes informatiques du client et les plateformes de gestion de sécurité

  • Produire des rapports détaillés et assurer une documentation rigoureuse

  • Effectuer des rondes de sécurité dans l’immeuble

  • Assurer le respect des procédures et standards de qualité du site

  • Communiquer efficacement avec les gestionnaires et les équipes internes

  • Permis d’agent de sécurité valide délivré par le BSP

  • Expérience en sécurité privée

  • Expérience en coordination ou en chef d’équipe, un atout

  • Excellentes aptitudes en service à la clientèle
