About the Role

As aWedding Venue Tour Guide, you will be a face of Trademark Venues, providing exceptional tours to potential clients. Your role is to highlight the unique features of our venues, answer operational questions, and create a welcoming and informative experience for all visitors. You will play a crucial role in helping couples envision their perfect wedding day and ensure they feel confident in choosing our venues.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct engaging and informative tours of our wedding venues for prospective clients.
  • Highlight the unique features, amenities, and benefits of each venue.
  • Answer questions about the venue and refer prospective clients to a product specialist for pricing and specific package information.
  • Build rapport with clients and understand their specific needs and preferences.
  • Assist clients in visualizing their wedding day at our venues.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our venues, services, and competitive advantages.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients
  • Complete other duties as assigned
