The Opportunity:
Be an important member of the HR Leadership Team, reporting to the Head of Total Rewards with visibility and alignment to the CHRO. This role helps drive Lummus Technology's global rewards agenda by supporting competitive, performance-driven programs that attract critical talent, reward performance, enable career mobility, and connect compensation investment to business results, talent priorities, and strong governance.

The successful candidate will help create a clear, competitive, and performance-driven employee value proposition that supports growth, retains scarce capabilities, strengthens leadership and technical pipelines, and ensures compensation investments generate measurable business value.

Where You Will Make an Impact:

  • Enable design and execute global Total Rewards strategies, policies, salary structures, and pay programs across the Americas, Europe, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and Africa, ensuring programs are market-competitive, financially disciplined, and locally relevant.
  • Lead annual global merit and bonus planning, including budgets, guidelines, performance differentiation, governance, and financial modeling.
  • Build and govern job architecture, job families, levels, career paths, pay ranges, compa-ratios, market positioning, and internal equity.
  • Support executive compensation and LTIP design, modeling, administration, and Board and committee materials.
  • Use Workday, market data, advanced analytics, and Excel to improve decisions, controls, reporting, and process efficiency.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, business leaders, and external advisers to deliver competitive and financially responsible programs.

Requirements:

  • 10 to 15 years of progressive Total Rewards or compensation experience Demonstrated global experience across all major regions
  • Public-company experience and understanding of compensation governance
  • Expertise in merit, bonus, job architecture, pay structures, compa-ratios, executive compensation, and LTIP models
  • 4 or more years of experience utilizing Workday HCM module
  • Expert analytical capability and advanced Excel proficiency
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in accounting, finance, business, economics, HR, or a related field

Preferred Requirements:

  • Master's degree, preferably in accounting, finance, business, economics, HR, or a related field
  • Workday Pro Compensation or Advanced Compensation certification
