Shift:
- Shift: 1 Monday - Friday Day Shift (5am ~ 2pm)
- Shift: 2 Monday - Friday Day Shift (2pm ~ 11pm)
Responsibilities
  • Maintain and share daily in/out records of battery pack movements
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding yard and transportation status
  • Prepare and manage documents such as delivery schedules, inbound/outbound logs, and inventory sheets
  • Use Excel to organize and report logistics data accurately
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams (yard, dispatch, transportation)
  • Assist in resolving customer inquiries or service-related issues in a professional manner

Qualifications
  • Prior experience in logistics, warehouse, or customer service preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (filtering, sorting, basic formulas, etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client-facing roles
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Bilingual (Korean/English) is preferred.

The base salary range for this role is between $50,000 - $65,000 yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
