Tosca Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tricentis Tosca Automation Engineer to lead test automation initiatives using the Tricentis Tosca platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in test automation, a strong understanding of software testing lifecycle, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery. Tosca Engineer will join a team of Tosca and Hogan technical consultants to support the automation test scripts in Tricentis Tosca tool. The Tosca Engineer will be responsible for taking documented test scripts and enabling their automation in Tosca.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca.
Lead the implementation of Tosca automation frameworks across multiple projects.
Collaborate with QA analysts, developers, and business stakeholders to understand testing requirements.
Conduct test planning, scripting, execution, and reporting for functional, regression, and end-to-end testing.
Mentor and guide junior QA engineers on Tosca best practices.
Integrate Tosca with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Git).
Create and maintain test data and test environments.
Troubleshoot issues related to automation scripts, test data, and Tosca configurations.
Continuously improve test coverage, test strategy, and automation processes.
Ensure compliance with software quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Skills
Must have
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in software testing with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience in Tricentis Tosca.
Deep understanding of Tosca Modules, Test Cases, Test Data Management, and ExecutionLists.
Experience with Tosca integrations (e.g., qTest, Jira, Jenkins).
Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills.
