Job description

Title: QA Test Automation Lead Location: San Antonio, TX (Onsite) Duration: 6 months (possibility of an extension)

JD:

  • Develop TOSCA test automation framework.
  • Define test automation strategy.
  • Collaborate with client IT team and identify tests to be automated.
  • Work with offshore team.
  • Ensure framework support continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD).
  • Guide offshore QA team on best practices, perform code reviews and mentor.
  • Establish coding standards, guidelines, and quality metrics.
  • Coordinate with developers, product owners, and QA teams.
  • Provide test automation status to all stakeholders regularly (or biweekly).
  • Publish test automation metrics.
  • Conduct defect triage regularly and perform endtoend defect management, including logging, triaging, prioritizing, tracking, and ensuring timely closure of defects.

Skills

  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in TOSCA automation tool
  • UFT automation Tool experience (nice to have only not compulsory)
  • This is a client facing role. Strong communication skills, stakeholders management, end to end test management of an application/product test management.
  • Experienced in leading regression/progressive test automation in Functional and Integration testing teams
  • Preferred :- Experience in Energy Oil and Gas Domain application , experience with Product Right Angle
