About the job:
We are looking for experienced Quality Engineers with strong test automation expertise using Tricentis Tosca to support P&C Insurance applications. The role involves hands-on testing across the UI, API, and Database layers in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca
AS1, AS2 Tosca certification is MUST
Perform functional, regression, and system testing for P&C insurance applications
Validate business workflows across BOP, Workers’ Compensation, Commercial Auto, and General Liability
Execute and validate API testing (REST services)
Perform database testing, including data validation and backend verification
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives)
Manage test cases, defects, and execution using Azure DevOps (ADO)
Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and product owners
Ensure high test coverage and adherence to quality standards
Good to have experience in other Automation tools such as Selenium
 
Required Skills:
Strong experience in test automation using Tricentis Tosca
Solid background in automation frameworks using Selenium, Postman, and REST Assured
Solid understanding of P&C Insurance domain (BOP, WC, Commercial Auto, General Liability)
Hands-on experience with API testing (REST)
Experience with database testing (SQL queries, data validation)
Proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO) for test and defect management
Experience working in Agile Scrum methodology
