Job description

Highly successful and long-standing neurosurgery practice in Cumming, Georgia is searching for a physician assistant to join their team!
Highly successful and long-standing neurosurgery practice in Cumming, Georgia is searching for a physician assistant to join their team!
This is a full-time permanent position with a great mix of first assisting, outpatient clinic responsibilities, and hospital duties, and a tremendous opportunity to work one-on-one with a top neurosurgeon in the state.
Ideal candidates with have experience in neurosurgery or another surgical specialty, and new graduates with neurosurgery and surgical rotations are encouraged to apply as well!

Responsibilities:
• Full-time permanent position - Neurosurgery
• Monday-Friday schedule
• 50/50 split between clinic and OR
• First-assist in the OR on spinal and cranial cases
• See patients pre-op and post-op in clinic
• Conduct hospital rounds
Qualifications:
• Georgia Physician Assistant License
• DEA License
• Prior experience in neurosurgery or other surgical subspecialties
• Relevant clinical rotations in neurosurgery or other surgical subspecialties
• Ability to adapt to fast paced environment
• Strong surgical and procedural skills
Benefits:
