Top managers are high-level executives responsible for overseeing the overall operations and direction of an organization. They set strategic goals, make key decisions, and ensure that the company's mission and vision are achieved. Examples of top managers include Chief Executive Officers (CEOs), Chief Financial Officers (CFOs), and Chief Operating Officers (COOs). Their role involves leading the organization, managing resources, and representing the company to stakeholders and the public.

How do top managers typically collaborate with other departments to drive organizational success?

Top Managers play a critical role in fostering cross-departmental collaboration by setting strategic goals and ensuring clear communication between various teams. They often lead interdepartmental meetings, align objectives, and resolve conflicts to keep everyone focused on the company's vision.
