Executive Assistant โ€“ Global Investment Firm


A global investment firm based in New York City is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a senior member of the executive team.


Responsibilities will include: managing complex schedules, directing communication and information flow to/from the principals, researching a wide array of topics, and providing comprehensive administrative support.


Candidates should have exceptional communication skills, a commitment to achieving a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, and a no-task-too-small approach to the work.


This is a year-round, full-time opportunity with a pay range of $150,000 to $200,000 per year, a sign-on bonus, and a generous benefits package. Compensation will be commensurate with credentials and experience.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree, with evidence of academic or other intellectual distinction
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Willingness to enthusiastically complete both high-level and low-level tasks
