Are you a licensed Occupational Therapist looking for a flexible opportunity where you can make a meaningful impact every day?

Top Notch Therapy is a growing mobile therapy practice dedicated to delivering high-quality rehabilitation services directly to patients in their homes. We're seeking compassionate, motivated Occupational Therapists who are passionate about helping patients improve their independence, daily function, and overall quality of life.

What You'll Do
  • Evaluate patients' functional abilities and complete comprehensive occupational therapy assessments
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's goals and needs
  • Provide hands-on therapy interventions to improve daily living, mobility, and cognitive function
  • Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques, equipment, and home safety
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
What We're Looking For
  • Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently while effectively managing a caseload
  • Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
  • Home health experience is a plus, but not required
Compensation & Employment
  • 1099 Independent Contractor
