Position Summary
Leads the strategy, governance, and continuous improvement of enterprise financial systems by aligning technology, business processes, and data architecture with organizational objectives. Partners with Finance, Information Technology, Internal Audit, and business leaders to develop scalable financial system solutions, support regulatory compliance, improve operational efficiency, and drive finance transformation initiatives.
Major Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Develops and executes the enterprise financial systems strategy and roadmap to align technology capabilities with Finance priorities and organizational objectives.
  • Partners with Finance, Information Technology, Internal Audit, external vendors, and business leaders to define business requirements, prioritize initiatives, and deliver enterprise financial system solutions.
  • Leads the evaluation, implementation, enhancement, and ongoing optimization of enterprise financial systems and related technologies.
  • Analyzes and redesigns financial business processes to improve operational efficiency through automation, workflow optimization, artificial intelligence, and robotic process automation.
  • Establishes standards and governance for financial systems architecture, system integrations, master data, security, change management, and data integrity.
  • Ensures financial systems support SOX compliance, SEC reporting requirements, internal controls, and applicable regulatory and audit standards.
  • Evaluates emerging technologies and industry best practices to recommend innovative solutions that enhance financial operations and support long-term business growth.
  • Leads cross-functional transformation initiatives by providing strategic guidance, facilitating organizational change, and promoting adoption of new technologies and business processes.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, information systems, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience supporting enterprise financial systems, business architecture, finance transformation, enterprise technology, or related functions.
  • Experience leading business process redesign and finance transformation initiatives.
  • Professional certifications related to enterprise architecture, financial systems, accounting, or project management (e.g., TOGAF, CPA, BIZBOK).
