Job Pool for all individuals interested in applying for High School Assistant Choral Director positions. Applicants can apply here for current and/or anticipated vacancies.
PRIMARY PURPOSE:
To plan and implement choral music activities for students by assisting campus choral director.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Certification:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Valid Texas teaching certificate

Special Knowledge/Skills:
  • Knowledge of overall operations of a choral music program
  • Strong communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of state, TMEA, and UIL policies governing band

Experience:
  • At least one year of student teaching or approved internship.

SALARY: Teacher Salary + Extra Days
