Compensation: Depends on Experience ($16-19/hr)

Landscape Maintenance Laborers
Landscape Install Laborers
Drivers must have a legal CA driver's license and clean record. Must have Reliable transportation to and from job or company shop. Must be capable of heavy lifting, climbing hills, working in a fast paced environment, inclement weather, heat etc.
Most important employee traits will be:
  • A positive attitude
  • Willingness to work as part of a team.
  • Reliable transportation to Rancho Cordova shop or job site in area (light rail nearby)
  • A Fast-learning curve and retention
  • Attention to detail
  • Bi-lingual a plus (Spanish- possible extra pay)
  • Part time and temp work is available, but we are looking for FULL TIME EMPLOYEES to build a long-term relationship with.
  • Pay will depend on experience and the skills that an individual brings to the team.
