The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a full-time Lead Dishwasher to join our team at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As a Lead Dishwasher, you will assist the Executive Steward and Lead Cooks in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in all food and beverage venues, in accordance with our company’s standards. What will you do?
  • Supervise and train the dishwasher team members
  • Ensure clean pots, pans, and other cooking containers and utensils are ready and available when needed.
  • Keep the work area, coolers, freezers, and equipment neat and clean at all times.
  • Report all maintenance issues to the Executive Steward
  • Adhere to and enforce inventory and labor control measures; perform inventory counts as requested
More about you
  • Prior dishwashing experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work cooperatively with others
  • Basic math skills for counting inventory
  • No high school diploma or GED required
Physical requirements
  • Ability to lift, move, and maneuver up to 165 pounds
  • Ability to pull or push heavy carts of stock throughout the facility
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting, and reaching, during the entire length of the shift
