Job description

The Closers Title Insurance Agency is seeking an experienced Senior Title Closer to manage high-volume residential and commercial transactions in a fast-paced environment.


This role is best suited for a licensed Florida Title Agent who can independently handle 30โ€“40+ files per month from start to finish with accuracy, efficiency, and strong communication.


This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a proven closer who takes ownership of their files, resolves issues proactively, and consistently meets deadlines.

We are actively hiring and aiming to fill this role quickly.

Compensation:

$65,000 - $85,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Manage full-cycle residential and commercial closings from intake through final title policy
  • Review and approve settlement statements, closing disclosures, and loan documents
  • Clear title requirements and resolve liens, judgments, and title defects
  • Coordinate funding and execute accurate disbursement of funds
  • Ensure timely recording of legal documents
  • Issue final title policies once all requirements are met
  • Analyze title searches and public records for accuracy and risk
  • Review surveys, legal descriptions, and plats
  • Communicate with realtors, lenders, attorneys, and clients throughout the transaction
  • Work closely with processors, including remote teams, to maintain workflow efficiency
  • Prepare title abstracts and title opinions when required

Qualifications:

Non-Negotiable Requirements

  • Active Florida Title Agent License
  • In-office availability in Hollywood, FL
  • 5+ years of title closing experience
  • Proven ability to manage 30โ€“40+ files per month independently
  • Experience working with processors (including remote processors)
  • Proficiency with title software (Qualia preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to perform under deadlines in a high-volume environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
