We're looking for an Escrow Assistant / Processor who thrives on organization, communication, and being the person everyone can count on. What You'll Do:

You'll play a key role in keeping transactions on track and supporting both clients and closers throughout the process:

  • Schedule closings and coordinate logistics for in-office and remote transactions.
  • Prepare and assist with files leading up to closing.
  • Balance and help fund escrow files accurately.
  • Receive and process earnest money deposits.
  • Communicate with lenders, agents, buyers, and sellers to keep everyone informed.
  • Anticipate needs, solve problems, and keep deals moving forward.
