About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Escrow Officer to join a growing title and escrow team in the Salt Lake City area. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who wants to manage their own book of business in a supportive, entrepreneurial environment with the flexibility to control their schedule and maximize their earnings.

Responsibilities

Manage escrow transactions from opening through closing and post-closing.

Coordinate with real estate agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers throughout the transaction.

Review title work, closing documents, and settlement packages.

Deliver a smooth, professional closing experience for all parties involved.

Develop and maintain relationships that generate new business.

Work independently while utilizing in-house support, underwriting, and operational resources.

Qualifications Required

Experience managing the full escrow process independently from start to finish.

Active Utah Escrow License or the ability to obtain one quickly.

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and an ownership mindset.

Preferred

Established book of business or existing client relationships.

Experience working directly with real estate agents.

Previous experience as an Escrow Assistant ready to transition into an Escrow Officer role.

Prior experience with a national or regional title company.
