Job description

Join Mountain Chevrolet as an Automotive Title Clerk in Glenwood Springs, CO. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing vehicle title documents to ensure accurate and timely registration and title transfer for our customers. You will work closely with dealership staff, customers, and government agencies to maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process titles and registration documents for new and used vehicles.
  • Coordinate with state DMV and other agencies to ensure timely title and registration processing.
  • Maintain accurate records of all title paperwork and transactions.
  • Assist customers with title-related questions and resolve discrepancies.
  • Work with sales and finance departments to verify and manage lien documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws related to vehicle titling.
