What Youโ€™ll Do:
Youโ€™ll play a key role in keeping transactions on track and supporting both clients and closers throughout the process:
  • ย Schedule closings and coordinate logistics for in-office and remote transactions.
  • ย Prepare and assist with files leading up to closing.
  • ย Balance and help fund escrow files accurately.
  • ย Receive and process earnest money deposits.
  • ย Communicate with lenders, agents, buyers, and sellers to keep everyone informed.
  • ย Anticipate needs, solve problems, and keep deals moving forward.

  • ย Positive, team-first mindset with a willingness to jump in where needed.
  • ย Notary commission preferred (or willingness to obtain)ย 
  • ย SoftPro experience is a plus.
