We are searching for an experienced title professional to coordinate the team with the Title Advisor by providing expertise and knowledge regarding a variety of advanced support options we are evolving and building.

What You'll Do

  • Experience as a front-line title resource.
  • Experience and desire to utilize AI to improve title production and process Experience working with global staff and management
  • A thorough understanding of title documents and contracts in accordance with internal policies and procedures and applicable statutory and federal regulations.
  • Understanding of appropriate title functions with exposure to commercial transactions in a variety of geographic locations.
  • An appropriate and thorough understanding of the requirements of title insurance including commitments, pro forma, policies, open order, reading sales contracts, recording, and post-closing tasks.
  • A desire and ability to share title knowledge with others and to train and mentor staff as needed to perform title functions.
  • Coach and train global Title Assistants on title procedures, client requirements, and quality standards.
  • Experience serving complex multi-site transactions with understanding of the variability of client requirements and the concept of "starting with the end goal in mind."
  • Serve as an escalation resource for complex title questions and multi-site commercial transactions.
  • A desire to contribute to visionary activities as we strive to improve our efficiency and degree of quality.
