About the Role
As a Customer Service Agent, you will support customers with services such as driver's licenses, vehicle titles, registrations, TSA PreCheck, Real IDs, and more. You'll play an important role in delivering outstanding service to the communities we serve.

Schedule and Availability

  • Full-time roles: 40 hours per week
  • Part-time roles: 15-30 hours per week
  • Business hours: Monday through Friday, 7:45 AM to 6:30 PM; Saturdays until 3:30 PM
  • Open availability is required - applicants must be willing to work any shift during business hours and at any of our Albuquerque or Rio Rancho locations

Requirements

  • Must pass a background check (no DUI/DWI, felony convictions, or tax liens)
  • Valid and current New Mexico driver's license
  • Open availability
