Location: Remote / Multi-State
Engagement Type: Flexible; Independent Contractor


ALAW is looking for contract title attorneys to perform residential title reviews. Attorneys will review title searches and related documentation to ensure marketable title, lien priority, and compliance with applicable guidelines.
This is a fully remote, independent contractor engagement designed to accommodate attorneys who prefer flexible, production-based work. Attorneys control their own schedules and may complete file reviews at times of their choosing, while meeting agreed upon delivery timelines. Assignments will be based on availability, performance, and client demand.
Candidates must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in applicable state(s). The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, comfortable working independently, and experienced in residential real estate title examination.
Successful candidates will be compensated on a per-file basis and will have access to support staff and systems as needed.
We have immediate openings for attorneys licensed in South Dakota, Wyoming, New Mexico, and Maine. We are also actively building capacity in Montana, Iowa, Hawaii, Nebraska, Rhode Island, South Carolina, and Vermont.
