Job description

The Title Processor plays a vital role within a small team, supporting the operations by conducting thorough title searches, reviewing documents for accuracy, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this position focuses on maintaining precise records, resolving title issues, and providing clear communication to customers. The role offers the chance to develop expertise in title processing with advancement opportunities toward becoming a Title Closer, all while operating in a no-travel environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough title searches to verify property ownership and liens
  • Review and analyze documents for completeness and accuracy
  • Enter data accurately into systems and maintain organized records
  • Verify compliance with regulatory and company standards
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with customers
  • Identify and resolve title issues efficiently
  • Support the operations team in daily administrative tasks

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in title processing

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using Qualia title software
  • Notary Public license
  • Experience with title search, document review, and data entry
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to title processing
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management abilities
  • Effective communication skills
