What you'll be doing

The Tennessee Titans are seeking a Cause Marketing Fellow to assist with the day-to-day operations of supporting the Cause Marketing team. The Fellow must also be capable of working across different departments and cultivating relationships within and outside of the organization. 

In addition to the job responsibilities described below, the Fellow will take part in various professional development opportunities throughout the term of the Fellowship Program to develop skills critical to future career growth.

This is a temporary, full-time position that will conclude on May 21, 2027.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Assist in the successful execution of Titans Cause Marketing event activations, providing key support with marketing, promotion, selection, staffing, event day coordination, communication, and fan giveaways.
  • Support efforts aimed at the growth and development of football, focusing on engagement with the Titans brand through community outreach and driving new participation.
  • Provide support for football development initiatives and activation campaigns including Coach of the Week, Friday Night Titans Game of the Week, Girls Flag Football, NFL FLAG, High School Football Recruiting Fair, High School Titan of the Year, and more.
  • Lead administrative efforts for Titans Legends, including newsletters, birthday and holiday cards, database management, and supporting the fulfillment of Legends gifts.
  • Track and maintain event data to produce impact reporting, post event recaps, metrics, including support with social and digital media as needed.
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing Cause Marketing gameday initiatives to ensure a seamless and engaging experience for fans and the community.
  • Analyze league trends and best practices to support program development, ultimately growing passion for the Titans organization.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What you'll bring 

Education 

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university required. Focus in Sports Management, Marketing, Business, Communications or related field preferred

Experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook is required
  • Proactive self-starter who recognizes what needs to be done and takes initiative to see tasks through
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, maintaining a professional demeanor when interacting with team members, customers and/or vendors
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

  • Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed
  • This is an in-person role located at the Titans Practice Facility in Nashville, TN
