What youโ€™ll be doing

The Tennessee Titans are seeking a friendly, service-oriented individual to join the Client Services & Hospitality Team at the Tennessee Titans New Nissan Stadium Sales Center, Titans House. As a member of our team, you will help create a welcoming first impression and ultimately a memorable experience for all guests visiting Titans House. Ideal candidates will be personable, engaging and organized.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee Titans House main point of entry, the foyer, welcoming all guests with a smile and friendly demeanor
  • Execute administrative tasks such as coat checks and offering refreshments
  • Communicate appointment arrivals and other messages to Titans House Sales Consultants
  • Engage in warm conversation with guests, sharing excitement in the Titans House sales experience
  • Maintain a friendly, personable disposition, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere
  • Receive deliveries and direct other visitors as needed
  • Maintain a clean and tidy workspace at all times
  • Follow Titans House uniform policy, while also maintaining a professional and cohesive appearance at all times
  • Perform various clerical tasks as needed (sorting, restocking, etc.)
  • Communicate and escalate any maintenance, cleaning, operational needs
  • Other duties as assigned by Premium Services Manager

What youโ€™ll bring

Required Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer services, front desk and/or hospitality industry
  • Proficient computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Organized and detailed oriented
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
