What Youโll Be Doing (Depends on Your Experience)
ย
No two roles look exactly the same, but hereโs what our teams generally work on:
Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems on commercial and industrial projects
Reading prints, following plans, and executing work safely and correctly
Supporting crew leads or leading crews yourself (Foremen & Supers)
Coordinating with project managers, inspectors, and other trades
Keeping jobs moving while maintaining Titanโs safety and quality standards

If youโre a Helper or Apprentice, weโll teach you.
If youโre a Journeyman, weโll trust your skills.
If youโre a Foreman or Superintendent, weโll rely on your leadership.

What Weโre Looking For

Experience level appropriate to the role youโre applying for
Willingness to learn (or lead) and take pride in your work
Ability to work safely, reliably, and as part of a team
Licensure or certifications where required (Journeyman & above)
