Requirements and Description

ERMC Aviation is seeking a Lead Journeyman Electrician.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Maintenance and repair of all electrical, mechanical, and control devices, equipment, and components associated with the airport conveyor system. In addition,
  • Operation and maintenance of all equipment and systems specified in this scope of work and/or services.
  • Maintenance services of all equipment and services specified here from the main equipment disconnect to the end device.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a related field.
  • Strong skills and experience with industrial control devices.
  • Attention to detail to make precise, accurate measurements
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills, as Journeyman Electricians may troubleshoot and repair issues in the field.
  • Certified electrician with a minimum "Journeyman" status: industrial electrical motor control experience and electrical automation experience.

Standard qualifications:

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Completing
  • Must possess a Government ID and social security card.
  • Must be able to obtain and keep an airport security badge.
  • Must have or be able to attain reliable transportation.
  • Able to work in extreme conditions, such as hot and cold weather, as well as small spaces
  • Able to receive appropriate security clearances after completing a criminal background check.
  • Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be able to work extended hours depending on operational needs.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
