About Dealer Tire

Dealer Tire is a family‑owned, international distributor of tires and parts established in 1918 in Cleveland, OH. We are focused on helping the world’s largest and most trusted auto manufacturers grow their tire business; to date we have sold more than 60 million tires.

Base Pay & Benefits
  • Base pay: $28.34 – $30.85 per hour
  • Target annual commission: $13,200
  • Guaranteed commission during onboarding (up to 2 months)
  • Medical, dental and vision insurance (50% covered by employer)
  • 401(k) match up to 7% of employee contribution
  • Paid time off eligibility after 30 days (up to 19 days annually)
  • Consistent 5‑day, 40‑hour work week
  • Consistent 40‑hour schedule with predictable hours
What You’ll Do
  • Engage customers and sell tires on the service drive
  • Perform quick visual inspections and identify needs
  • Recommend and price solutions with confidence
  • Close sales and build relationships with customers and dealership teams
  • Support store operations such as inventory and reporting
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of sales experience in a goal‑driven, customer‑facing environment
  • Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume setting
