Car Wash Assistant Manager

Foam & Wash Car Wash is seeking a motivated, responsible, and customer-focused Assistant Manager to help lead our team and support daily operations. This is an important leadership position for someone who enjoys working with people, driving results, and creating an outstanding customer experience.

We are looking for a dependable individual with fully open availability who can work the schedule required to meet the needs of the business. This position requires flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive customer experience.
  • Assist the Site Manager in achieving sales, operational, and customer service goals.
  • Help recruit, train, motivate, and develop team members.
  • Supervise, coach, and lead employees throughout daily operations.
  • Set, monitor, and achieve daily sales and performance goals.
  • Ensure site cleanliness, maintenance, and operational excellence.
  • Perform proper cash handling and accountability procedures.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels.
  • Maintain a safe, productive, and positive work environment.
Qualifications
  • Previous sales experience required.
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
  • Must have fully open availability and be able to work any shift based on business needs, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be willing to work a schedule that may vary from week to week to support the needs of the business.
