About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to play a key leadership role in supporting the daily operations of our retail tire and automotive service center. This position is ideal for a team-oriented leader who enjoys developing employees, building customer relationships, and driving business results.
As an Assistant Manager, you'll partner with the Store Manager to oversee sales, customer service, scheduling, inventory management, team development, and overall operational performance. Your leadership will help create an exceptional customer experience while contributing to the continued growth and success of the business.
What You'll Do
  • Support the day-to-day operations of a busy tire and automotive service center
  • Build strong relationships with customers, team members, and vendors
  • Drive sales growth through outstanding customer service and operational excellence
  • Assist with employee scheduling, payroll administration, and workflow management
  • Monitor inventory levels and support inventory control processes
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members to maximize performance and engagement
  • Ensure company policies, procedures, and safety standards are consistently followed

Physical Requirements: This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, lifting up to 75 pounds, and safely operating shop equipment while working in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be able to perform work both inside the shop and outdoors in varying weather conditions while following all company safety policies.
