Job Description

As an Amazon DSP Operations Manager, you will lead and oversee a high-performing delivery operation. You will be responsible for managing a team of Delivery Associates, dispatchers, and fleet personnel to ensure efficient route execution and consistent, high-quality package delivery. Your leadership will directly impact customer satisfaction, operational performance, and overall DSP success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily delivery operations to ensure on-time performance and operational efficiency
