Position Overview

As a Vacation Ownership Sales Closer on the Voyage Team, you'll meet with qualified owners and guests after their initial presentation to introduce Capital Vacations' exclusive 10-Year Voyage Travel Membership.

You'll help guests understand how the Voyage program provides years of flexible travel opportunities while delivering a personalized, consultative sales experience that results in confident buying decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Present and sell the Capital Vacations 10-Year Voyage Travel Membership.
  • Meet with qualified owners and guests following their initial sales presentation.
  • Build value around the flexibility and benefits of the Voyage program.
  • Conduct resort tours and demonstrate the advantages of Capital Vacations ownership.
  • Overcome objections and confidently close sales.
  • Review financing options and finalize purchases.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from presentation through closing.
Qualifications

Required

  • Previous experience as a Vacation Ownership Sales Closer, T.O., Trial Ownership Representative, Take Over Representative, or similar closing role.
  • Proven success in a commission-based sales environment.
