Job description

  • Cleans vacation suites and ensures all suite furnishings and items in unit are in working order and safe for use.
  • Assists the Executive Housekeeper and Housekeeping Inspector with daily tasks.
  • Ensures cleaning carts are properly stocked and maintained in accordance with safety standards.
  • Reviews daily Pre arrivals, Daily Check outs, Stayovers and Early Check Outs as needed.
  • Inspects unoccupied suites and reports any incidents.
  • Keeps track of inventory and housekeeping supplies.
  • Provides inspector, housekeeping, houseman, janitorial or commercial laundry services and support when occupancy or human resource demands require it.
  • Assists EH in inventorying all department supplies, equipment, and storage areas to ensure proper inventory levels, equipment is operating properly, and storage areas are properly organized.
  • Meets with Executive Housekeeper or their representative daily, provides visual inspections of all interior and exterior common areas for safety and established “sense of arrival” expectations.
  • Provides exceptional customer service to owners and guests with appropriate sense of urgency, follow up and communication.
  • Reports any hazardous incidents, safety concerns, injuries, or potentially dangerous situations to Resort Manager.
  • Provides on-site activities, area attractions, events, and other vacation information to owners/guests.
  • Solicits client referrals, timeshare tour opportunities, online satisfaction reviews and customer feedback for improvement.
  • Performs related duties as assigned or as situation dictates.
